Online Bookings and Payments
On completion of your booking you will be sent an email confirmation. This confirmation will be required on arrival. Should you not receive a confirmation please contact Kingsway Golf Centre at email@example.com or 01763 262943 to confirm your booking. For all bookings made via the website, payment is required in full by credit or debit card. (Please note that American Express is not accepted)
Clubhouse & Phone Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made via the clubhouse or phone 24 hours in advance. A required payment will be needed to secure the booking.
You the customer are responsible for arriving at the centre prior to your booked time, Kingsway Golf Centre cannot guarantee extending your tee time if you arrive to the centre late.
Cancellations, Amendments and Missed Bookings
Cancellations can be exchanged for either a credit to your Kingsway Golf Centre account or a voucher to use within the centre.
Amendments to bookings should be made via email or telephone to Kingsway Golf Centre. Amendments can be made free of charge to a future booking of the same value.
Missed Bookings are fully chargeable.
Payments online, in clubhouse or via phone calls are non-refundable.
Kingsway Golf Centres Ltd have the right to amend or cancel your booking if they believe an error has been made in the booking process.
Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any information you provide to us without your consent.
