By booking online via the Kingsway Golf Centre webpage you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions; please read through this information carefully.

Online Bookings and Payments

On completion of your booking you will be sent an email confirmation. This confirmation will be required on arrival. Should you not receive a confirmation please contact Kingsway Golf Centre at info@kingswaygolf.co.uk or 01763 262943 to confirm your booking. For all bookings made via the website, payment is required in full by credit or debit card. (Please note that American Express is not accepted)

Clubhouse & Phone Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made via the clubhouse or phone 24 hours in advance. A required payment will be needed to secure the booking.

Your Booking

You the customer are responsible for arriving at the centre prior to your booked time, Kingsway Golf Centre cannot guarantee extending your tee time if you arrive to the centre late.

Cancellations, Amendments and Missed Bookings

Cancellations can be exchanged for either a credit to your Kingsway Golf Centre account or a voucher to use within the centre.

Amendments to bookings should be made via email or telephone to Kingsway Golf Centre. Amendments can be made free of charge to a future booking of the same value.

Missed Bookings are fully chargeable.

Payments online, in clubhouse or via phone calls are non-refundable.

Kingsway Golf Centres Ltd have the right to amend or cancel your booking if they believe an error has been made in the booking process.

Confidentiality

Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any information you provide to us without your consent.

KINGSWAY REWARD SCHEME

TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE KINGSWAY REWARDS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE KINGSWAY REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the KINGSWAY Rewards program, named Kingsway Rewards. They do not alter in any way our standard terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Kingsway for other products and services.

Kingsway reserves the right to change, modify and/or to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Kingsway Reward  program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately by posting the revisions to our web site and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

Your participation in the Kingsway Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications. Please review these Terms of Use frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Kingsway Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in the program.

The Kingsway Rewards program is intended for personal use only and you must be over 18 years of age.

Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Kingsway collects, uses and discloses information about customers.

Kingsway Rewards is aimed at rewarding and thanking our loyal customers. Members are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be redeemed for Kingsway Rewards benefits/promotions offered at certain periods.

JOINING KINGSWAY REWARD SCHEME

You can enrol by visiting our Venues and asking one of our staff to become a member.

The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards)

GAINING POINTS

You earn Points when you ‘check-in’ at any one of our sites / facilities. Points are equal throughout each facility. Points for qualifying purchases are automatically added to your loyalty account.

We may offer you special promotions and points boost at certain times.

For any void purchases, we will deduct the points that you were awarded for that purchase.

KINGSWAY REWARDS

Kingsway Rewards that are determined by the number of points that you accumulate in your account each year. By opening an account and registering, you will be automatically enrolled in Kingsway Reward program.

Once you reach a specific level of points, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level at that time. However, you must continue to earn and accumulate points in order to maintain your benefits.

To maintain all benefits, you must earn at least 250 new points during each consecutive 12-month period following your enrolment date. If you do not earn at least 250 new points in each 12-month period, your balance will automatically reset to zero (0). This number can be accumulated by accepting reward promotions, gifts from Kingsway or purchasing product in store. 

OTHER

Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards/vouchers.

Your account is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred or assigned to anyone else

You may have only one Kingsway Rewards account

Without notice to you, Kingsway reserves the right to suspend any Kingsway Card and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Kingsway Rewards if we believe in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorised, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

Kingsway may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicated. In the event that your participation in Kingsway Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.

EMAIL

By signing up to the Kingsway reward scheme you are automatically opting in to our email database. You can unsubscribe at any time and have the right to opt out in store.
